BT’s Z115 Zip Plus outdoor awning is a modular vertical drop model with a neat and compact design that makes it ideal for windows, balconies and continuous façades.
It can be mounted on either the wall or ceiling, and includes an inspectable cassette to store the fabric when not in use, protecting it against pollution and weather conditions. The end profile is guided along 5 mm steel cables, which can be installed on windowsills, floors or railings, ensuring a minimal footprint. With a structure like this, a balcony can be transformed into a functional space for dining, entertaining or relaxing with friends. When mounted on a window, it also effectively blocks sunlight and heat.

The awning is available in three colours and can be customised to adapt to the available space. Its maximum dimensions are 600 cm in width and 300 cm in height, though models of 400×300 cm and 500×250 cm are also available.
