Overlooking the stunning scenery of Lake Como in Bellagio, Borgo Le Terrazze selected BT to create a project capable of transforming its outdoor areas into elegant, functional spaces that can be enjoyed throughout the property’s entire opening season.
The project was conceived to offer guests an even more complete experience by creating dedicated areas for breakfast service, the bar and moments of relaxation, allperfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape.
The project features six BT R580 Dehors pergolas, entirely custom-designed and tailored in terms of dimensions, finishes and accessories. Manufactured in powder-coatedaluminium with RAL 7039 FT finish, the structures are enhanced by integrated LED lighting within the gutter profile and a textile roof that combines comfort, protection and aesthetic appeal.
The project was developed in collaboration with BT Glass, the BT Group company specializing in panoramic glazing systems, which completed the pergolas with the G71 Frameless Glass System. The frameless sliding glass panels, without vertical profiles, protect the outdoor areas while preserving uninterrupted views, natural daylight and a full visual connection with the breathtaking Lake Como landscape.
The project also includes an R600 Pergoklima, designed to create a natural transition between indoor and outdoor environments. Thanks to its adjustable aluminiumlouvres, rain sensor and integrated spotlight lighting, the bioclimatic pergola ensures optimal comfort while creating a continuous architectural flow between interior and exterior spaces.
The project was carried out by supporting the client throughout every stage of the process, from the initial site survey and executive design to logistics management and installation. This integrated approach made it possible to deliver a solution perfectly aligned with both the property’s architecture and the unique scenery of Lake Como.

The collaboration between BT and BT Glass enabled us to perfectly integrate the structures with the glazing systems, achieving a harmonious result that fullyenhances the surrounding environment.”
The project was completed in collaboration with Sama of Albavilla, BT’s local dealer, which contributed to the operational coordination of the installation.
